Take my heart and split it in two, so that one half can never see the secrets of the other half. Kiss my lips and hold them open so that no audible words can escape me. Sing loudly around me to drown out the whispers of betrayal. Blind fold my eyes, so I can see with my soul for my sight misleads me ... bind me an hold me for without deliberate intent I have become a creature caught in a web, naively waiting to be preyed upon.
